Very good video. I am not sure what the price of fresh herbs are in your neck of the world but in the video you made a comment that growing your own was more expensive. I am not sure if you meant buying the herbs in plant form or if you meant buying just a small quantity to use. Either way it is much cheaper where I live (Pennsylvania - USA) to grow your own. Buying fresh herbs to cook with can be very expensive at the grocery store but a pack of seeds and some soil are comparatively cheap. And you get the joy of growing them yourself and knowing that the herbs aren’t laden with chemicals and pesticides.
